Industrial Mixers / Blenders

We specialize in end-to-end design of your production line, so you can be sure it operates as planned. Together with our mixers, we offer conveyor systems, screw conveyors, and lifting and tipping devices to help with feeding the mixers.

General

PALMIA® mixers have capacities ranging from 70 to 6000 liters, with larger sizes also available. Mixers are supplied with single or twin shafts, horizontal configuration, temperature measurement, programmable control, cooling or heating options, and various mixing shafts.
Mixers are made either from stainless steel or painted carbon steel. The operating mechanism is fully protected.
The discharge hatch operation is air pressure-driven, and the hatch movement can also be horizontal if required.

PALMIA® mixer-grinder (DMM)

To help with combining work flows, we offer the PALMIA® mixer-grinder (DMM). It is made out of high-quality stainless steel and combines both mixing and grinding into one machine. The grinder is equipped with a feeding screw with a diameter of 200 mm and the mixer capacities are available from 500 liters to 3000 liters.
The PALMIA® DMM mixer-grinder is especially useful when the goal of production is consistent and high-quality mass for, e.g. hamburger patty production. In addition, combining the two machines saves up on space in your production facility.
