Our bone crushers

PALMIA® crushers are always designed together with you, to ensure the machine fits your specific needs. Our bone crushers are high-quality, precision-engineered machines designed for heavy duty crushing of, for example, large frozen meat blocks, whole animal bones, carcasses and slaughterhouse waste.

Designed with simple maintenance and easy use in mind, our bone crushers help support reliable production in your processing plant. PALMIA® crushers are built with a revolving crusher roll, which is equipped with hardened crossknives running towards interchangeable solids of steel. To make processing more efficient, our crusher rolls are designed to feed the product, and the end product is easily transported via a pneumatic air system.

To help with longevity and ease-of-use our industrial bone crushers are built to last by using strong materials and by maintaining a simple design. This also helps maintain proper hygiene and easier cleaning of the machine. With high output capacities, our bone crushers are suitable to be used in smaller factories as well as in the largest production facilities.

General information

We specialize in manufacturing machinery from stainless steel to maintain hygiene requirements and longevity of our machines. However, other materials, such as painted carbon steel, are also available when required, as each crusher is customized for specific use cases.

We offer two two main models, PBK 60 and PBK 100. The PBK 60 model is suitable for smaller facilities, with a 45 kW motor and a maximum hourly capacity of 10 tons. For more demanding processing conditions we offer the PBK 100 crusher, which is equipped with a 75 kW motor and has a maximum capacity of 20-30 tons per hour.

With a sturdy and hygienic design our crushers support continuous production and easy cleaning, helping to meet hygiene requirements.
